Sondra, a couple of days ago this monument has been dismantled by the authorities who, in their wisdom, thought this to be a proper thing to do! Cheers, Sam.

what a moving image you have here.  I am sad to hear it was removed for as the saying goes "those who do not learn from history are doomed to repeat it".  Thanks for capturing the tribute while it was there.  I can certainly see this image becoming an important historical document.  Well done
