Ciao Robert, very nice composition and lights. Did you use any flou effect too? If not is that effect coming from a front lightning?

No flou (blur) used. She was standing with her back to a large window. I exposed for her face - about 1/30 second. Grazie. R.

Thoughts on the light here?

Seeing this in the "rate recent" section, my first thought was that it was a simple case of overexposure- but on examination it is clearly too controlled for that. It's interesting- particularly the play of the light around the shoulders and the way they seem to "dissapear." I have a feeling that the print looks much better than the representation of the photo on my monitor.

It's a good shot but a little foggy. Looks like it's meant to be that way but slightly distracting.

...there's that word again...distracting from what, exactly?

Robert, I am an amateur photographer so I won't comment on lighting but this photo is brilliant. This woman has the illusion as if she is an angel coming down from heaven! It is absolutely enchanting

That is just maybe the best looking woman I've ever seen, top five definitely
