Very unusual composition, especially since we can only see the part of the face of the second person in the shot. I would have liked the depth of filed to be increaed slightly so that both persons were in sharp focus, but a good photo all the same. Good choice of B&W too, as I'm not sure this would have worked in colour.

good midtones. the sky is a little blown out. but I think the picture could tell a neat story.

I think that it is a very interesting picture, especially with what I see as the subject being partially obscured by the brother. I don't see the the fact that only she is in sharp focus as an accident, rather the use of selective focus to isolate the subject.
