mirror image(?)

What part of the image is manipulated, the sky or the water? I think it's a little bit impossible to have sky and water with different colors... Nevertheless I like the composition.

The color of the water vs the sky is what attracted me to the photo - it's probably unnatural, but it's different, and I like the contrast. We've all seen the mirrored water/sky thing, but the shapes/colors here make this more interesting, and the colors work well together. I like it :)
