ian green 1 Posted June 3, 2005 Gary, thank you for kind wordsbut as i observe local statistics i understand that author's "progress" is determined by cheap spectacularityam i more misanthropic than usual? Link to comment
garyowen 17 Posted June 3, 2005 I think you just made a great leap. There's a time when a bell goes off in your head and colour, composition ,subject , thirds, all the good stuff that make up excellent photo's come together . You will still make photographs you aren't proud of, but the right stuff is there to produce the ones you are proud of. Again, Fabulous photo! Link to comment
ian green 1 Posted June 8, 2005 imho the final (and may be bigger) part of this leap is the new scanner (sad but true)previous crappy device just made me mad and took outrageous amount of time to correct the resultsnow i am chained to the device rescanning the old material & wondering about finding the strength to unplug myself for the next trip (to shoot more) as far as "all the good stuff that make up excellent photo's come together" i am also heavily dependant on the moodand this component i need most Link to comment

Guest Posted March 7, 2006 It's much better than many manipulated ones that try to imitate such a wonderful colors! Incredible colors, really. But I like a lot the little detail of the reflection in the water, making a little color island in the white. Well done. Link to comment
