cherlyn 1 Posted May 25, 2005 I like the composition of the 'long' road leading to the 'old nest' & love the blue of the sky. Link to comment

baldurbirgis 0 Posted May 28, 2005 Cherlyn, Colin and Pnina, thank you very much for your comments. To Pnina: It will be interesting to see the resault from that lens. Colin has used this Canon zoom lens very professional. Link to comment
baldurbirgis 0 Posted June 11, 2005 Thank you very much Brad. This shot is in a way an eye contact with the past. There are some face formations to left of the rut :-0 Link to comment
baldurbirgis 0 Posted June 11, 2005 Thank you John for your visit! I will take a look at your work sooner or later. Link to comment
kyang 0 Posted June 12, 2005 Baldur, this is under-rated work. Even the foreground is not strong as the background, the impact of whole pix is still very good. I am really admire that you have made tons of real landscape art work. This is one of the collection. Link to comment
baldurbirgis 0 Posted June 14, 2005 Kurt, thank you very much for your thoughts. Glad yo think so. The green rut is like a living line of sight from the "eyes" of the house. An eye contact with the past was my feeling while I made the shot. Best regards, Baldur Link to comment
ljk 0 Posted June 19, 2005 Sometimes we follow those ruts, over and over. You however, seem to find freshness in all of your images.... Link to comment
baldurbirgis 0 Posted June 25, 2005 Many thanks for your kind comment. Sometimes I think we almost have to create the image in our mind before the shot. Sometimes we have everything (the subject, light, equipment) except the idea of what we want to do with it. If it is clear, it seems more easy to find the right angle of view and it can be a question of a tiny little spot! Regards, Baldur Link to comment
mari_mar 0 Posted June 25, 2005 Beautiful contrast, space and composition. Well done, amigo! Link to comment
carnelli 0 Posted July 3, 2005 Hi Baldur, here is an image that depicts beauty you perceive in all things desolate and a perfect composition of sky and landmarks to bring this about, it seems we often mirror these similar expressions in different parts of the globe and this convergence is amazing........cheers....Tye. mike werkhoven 0 Posted September 3, 2005 lonesome house driving the prairy;~))) hay Baldur, nice to see you bleu imiges again. I am not much on PN these days, but listening to good music very much, I can not handle two things at one time (like most man))) Interesting in this pic is the road to the house, lonesome but not abandoned. But you could translate the imige aswell as the house leaves a track. ciou, Mike Link to comment
