Bill, I really like his expression and the sharpness of the shot. I do find the yellow/orange spot a distraction. My thought is to crop that out and make the shot a square. It also might be great in b/w. Or the spot may not be distracting, in which case, leave it as it is. It's a very nice portrait!

Thanks, Doug. I debated those orange spots myself but finally decided to leave them in, given the already abundant colors elsewhere in the image. I may yet see how the shot looks without them. Cheers...
