This is a beautiful shot..!I only hope its not been Photoshopped to look like ..what it does now..! In any case wonderful image.

 

Yes, it is a beautiful shot of a beautiful scene. In my opinion, there would be nothing wrong with it if it had been finished with digital techniques. This whole place is a digital construct.

 

On this image: I like the aerial perspective created by the mist. The presence and position of the birds, the pattern of the trees and their reflections, the silhouetted foliage in the foreground, and the almost pastel color. Serenity portrayed. A successful image.

The soft mist with the reeds in the foreground come together to make this an effective image.

Thanks for your comment. The picture is a crop of a larger shot. No PS enhancement except for the curves, to get a bit more contrast and enhance the mist somewhat.

Quite graphical yet very moody. Love mostly the composition and the light in this image, but actually it is beautiful in every way. Congrats!

I love looking through your folder. Makes me want to get off my butt and start shooting again.
