Hi and thanks for looking. This is Maslins Beach (specifically a

rocky cliff lined stretch that lies between two sandy beaches) its

another 15-30 minutes down the coast from Hallett Cove (from my

previous couple of days shooting) Would love to hear your feedback.

Thankyou.

This is a beautifull landscape composition, I like this very much, the only thing is a bit without contrast in colors, just little adjust on levels and curves on cliff and sky and it gains more, just to make it even better for me!

I attach the result of what I say

Nice image anyways!

Cheers, Rafael

Hello and thanks for the suggestion, I definitely prefer your mod. From using Adobe's raw converter Ive tried not to alter levels after conversion but I might rethink that - not that Im an expert in the program yet so I dunno if I can acheive this with the converter or not. *uploaded new one with the suggested change in case people think theres no difference! thanks again.

Jay, nice shot. I have two questions: did you use a blue/yellow polarizer or something to that effect, and is this a single image or has it been stitched? You couldn't get better light for foreground texture.

cheers,

Aaron

Hi Aaron! Thanks very much. Its a single image with a p.h. fat ND filter :) which I think is the cause of the slight warming as its not truly neutral. The rock colour is similar to the photo but the sunlight + ND filter + photoshop makes it a bit more golden. Re the texture I think I was lucky to catch around 15 seconds exposure with the sun behind the clouds and another 15 full sun which shows texture nicely so the end image isnt too harsh.

The light and colours are of course gorgeous here. And I especially appreciate the way the curve of the clouds in the sky balances the curves of the cliffs.
