sondra kick 0 Posted May 22, 2005 Alex, this is a beautiful silhouette. The only problem I see is the man's head blends into the background. Cheers, Sondra Link to comment
joona_kivirinta 0 Posted May 22, 2005 Great colors! And a nicely spotted moment. Well balanced composition, I love the cranes (or whatever they are). It bothers me a bit that the man's (?) head blends in with the shoreline. Link to comment
rwlocke 0 Posted May 22, 2005 Very nice capture of the moment - one of those times that you can comfortably look directly at the sun. I do not mind the overlap of the man's head with the shoreline - the eye can easily "see" the rest from the majority of his head that is not blended in. Link to comment
alecee 0 Posted May 23, 2005 Sondra, Joona, Rick, thanks for the tip, I'll put another which has all of his head visible. Hope this will do it justice. Link to comment
Guest Guest Posted May 23, 2005 Good composition. You are right about using (Larger) view. The sharpness of the sillouette makes this image work well. Link to comment
j_m_lee_photography 0 Posted May 23, 2005 WOW!!! Love the beautiful silhouette and indeed a nice composition too. 7/7 Link to comment
paula grenside 0 Posted May 24, 2005 Love the intense light and the silhouetted fishermen...and the tiny fish. Well done. Link to comment
iraallenpics 0 Posted May 25, 2005 It's a very nice photo, but I think you're title, "C'mon Daddy, Let's Go Home" doesn't contribute to the mood of the picture. Sometimes a title for a photo works. Most of the time, photos should speak for themselves. In other words, 99% of the time, photos do not need titles. In a newspaper, captions are appropriate. Link to comment
alecee 0 Posted May 25, 2005 Fleming, Pnina, Bolti, Marc, Keith, Spenser, Sircar and Paula, many thanks for visiting and commenting. I enjoyed viewing all your sites too. Ira, you sure don't like titles, there are none in your webpage. Perhaps the only one in PN. See the kid pulling his dad in this image? I find it amusing - that's why I put a title to follow. ^_^ Link to comment

atkphotoworks 0 Posted May 25, 2005 Actually, the title seems to apply here. The colours are great. Link to comment
