Great colors! And a nicely spotted moment. Well balanced composition, I love the cranes (or whatever they are). It bothers me a bit that the man's (?) head blends in with the shoreline.

Very nice capture of the moment - one of those times that you can comfortably look directly at the sun. I do not mind the overlap of the man's head with the shoreline - the eye can easily "see" the rest from the majority of his head that is not blended in.

It's a very nice photo, but I think you're title, "C'mon Daddy,

Let's Go Home" doesn't contribute to the mood of the picture. Sometimes a title for a photo works. Most of the time, photos should speak for themselves. In other words,

99% of the time, photos do not need titles. In a newspaper,

captions are appropriate.
