I don't see the connection between the foreground and the rest of the photo. It's a nice seascape, but I don't connect with it because I'm not drawn into the frame.

To me what I like about this shot is that the angle of the rocks on the right push me across the water the the land on the other side, I then follow them back out to the see and want to naturaly follow the path the leads back to the rocks on the right. The tone of the sky is enough of a difference that it keeps me from falling out of the photograph and the sea going from light to dark draws me back down to start over again. To me this is an excellent shot.
