Cooper's Hawk

This is a wild bird captured in the morning hours by lakeshore in the

Interior of British Columbia. The bird was catching the morning sun

to warm up. The background shows the habitat these birds are capable

of flying thru when they are after their prey.

It was great seeing the bird this close and letting me take its

picture, made my day.
