ricklundh 0 Posted May 11, 2005 Robert, Man...you got SUPER close! These are very much fine art prints and have no doubt you will make $$$ on these. No doubt some housewife will buy this and put it in their bedroom as they are very erotic. Did you take these in your home or outside? Link to comment
robertbrown 1 Posted May 11, 2005 Rick, thanks for your comment. I got a laugh out of it! My wife (sometimes referred to as the resident critic or RC), 44, and decidedly unsuburban, thought these were erotic, though feels they won't sell: "People would rather buy recognizable flowers." We'll see. I can only hope for an onslaught of desperate suburban housewives! This one was taken outside, in between gasps of seemingly constant wind. In this folder, lilies and tulips were taken outside, as well as the lighter iris shots. Darker iris shots were taken indoors in a mixture tungsten light. Link to comment
paula grenside 0 Posted May 11, 2005 This is very sensual and has an excellent light. I am not a suburban housewife, but would like to have this artwork in my study. Link to comment
Guest Guest Posted May 12, 2005 I too like this one. I'm not so sure I'd call myself "desparate", but I am a suburban housewife. I think you inadvertently gave this photo a proper name, "between gasps", in your response to Rick. "Iris 26" doesn't do it justice. Link to comment
evphotography 0 Posted February 17, 2009 Great close up here, love the composition with the lines and shapes created. The colors are also very dynamic and compliment each other very well. Well done Robert! Link to comment
hal_edmonds 0 Posted February 17, 2009 Your folio shows great examples of imaginative cropping. Link to comment
