Barn at Jaillon

I have recently decided to convert some of my colour shots into black

and white. What do you think of this one ?

Great composition and tonal values. The contrast between cloud and the vegetation is fantastic, the barn (?) is just right to speak with the tree behind it. Tones of the cloud and the field are talking to each other nicely. It is a bit overshapened to my taste.

The clouds look really solid and a danger to low flying aircraft! Very effective b&w

As others have said, great contrasts, if a bit oversharpened. Those clouds make the shot. Makes me want to run to the barn to avoid a potential thunderstorm...

Hi Henri! I've been quite busy ... in any case love the picture here and i just wonder how it would looks in colors with such a drammatic sky!

Thank you for your comments. In colours, the clouds looks less dramatic, and in real it was not dramatic at all. This is just a cloud made of evaporation from the fields and woods after the rain during the night.
