This is a great shot. It's worth working more on it. The difference between the tones in the face (which has been lightened) and the tones around the perimeter, includeing the headscarf, is distracting to me. There must be great darker tones available in the face without losing detail.

This is my first Black & White photograph. How is it and how i can improve it. You are wlcome my friends.

Interesting portrait. Well done compositionally, good expression. IMHO it needs more contrast/saturation, that is what David said above. Something like that...

even in black &white you can feel the skin luster. Beautiful B&W work. Good lighting and fine facial expression. Well done Mujahid.

Do agree with above comments about contrast, Color version is batter.
