Posed action creates a cognitive dissonance for me. If you're shooting candid, shoot candid. If you're shooting posed portraits, have them pose rather than pretend to be doing something natural. This is just my opinion, of course. You can shoot anything you want. The tone and softness are very nice.

Lovely portrait. Though posed, there is a sense of naturalness in the pose. Its not stiff. And the light is wonderful. Tones are excellent.

I am not certain by looking at one image you can call it posed. It might be but it might rather be an occasion that the photographer joined in the event which was already taking place -- rather than creating/posing the event. Nevertheless, as the last commenentator underlined there is naturalness in it. I'd say there is life in it - esp through the girl's eyes..
