Paula, nice compositon, blue tone, pose, and post processing. The soft blur along her outline really makes this shot. If I may point something small out however, the blur between the high contrast area (along her left breast) is a tad too smudgy (I hope you know what I mean.) Still, the entire effect is very dreamy.
