This photo looks like fall, but it's actually taken in early spring. I think the B&W gives this picture a bleak look that's totally opposite of what the reality was, a beautiful spring day with a beautiful tree in front of a beautiful house.

This was a test shot for view finder framing at medium distance with one of my 4x5 format expanded Polaroid 110B's. The tree should be in the middle of this shot, and the house should be equidistant from each edge of the photo according to what I had framed in the view finder.
