Guest Guest Posted May 9, 2005 I love this image. The composition is excellent, in my opinion. The smallness of the child in the foreground, emphasized by the space around him and the path curving around out of sight to an unknown destination totally works for me. The mystery and adventure of childhood. Although it may be true that the image lacks contrast, that is easily corrected. This is one of your best images, ranking right up there with the one you have titled "Granny." The bottom line is this: This image speaks to me on both a visual and emotional level. It fulfills one of the goals of a photographer, in that it evokes a reaction and/or an emotional response from the viewer. My compliments. Link to comment
