bentes_world 0 Posted April 20, 2005 magic mushrooms and ecstacy cigarettes. I didn't see if they sell oregano too. This is not art ... just a shot from Amsterdam of a coffee shop ... Link to comment

bentes_world 0 Posted April 20, 2005 Thanks for the comments (and ratings too ... ha ... I know it isn't beautiful) The frame was meant to be a little psycadelic to match the theme in the pict. Link to comment
abintraphoto 0 Posted April 22, 2005 Lol ......... at 1st I thought this was from your Florida trip ... ! And I prefer the original frame - matches the theme as you say ...... Thanks for sharing this Bente. Link to comment
lgreene 0 Posted April 22, 2005 Original frame rocks it loud! :-)Tatanka ..maybe a different spelling but in "Dances With Wolves" that meant buffalo ( or American Bison). Link to comment
abintraphoto 0 Posted April 22, 2005 Good catch Leann - I had forgotten that Tatanka meant Buffalo - one of my favorite movies too ... ! Link to comment
hanna_cowpe 0 Posted April 22, 2005 This looks like a place where you can get dressed up, logged on, turned on and spaced out. Oh, the Dutch are sooo practical *^* Link to comment
janet_. 0 Posted April 23, 2005 If you visit A'dam again give me an email, I would love to show you around...visiting and going out in the red light district would have been a lot of fun....yessssss!!! lol And Hanna is looking true a glass ball... :-)) Love the frame...and a 7 for orginality for me! aepelbacher 0 Posted April 23, 2005 Ken ... which one of those is you? :-) Bente - this is a riot. I've not been to *that* part of Amsterdam. Hope you enjoyed yourself!! Link to comment
bentes_world 0 Posted April 23, 2005 Funny with 'tatanka' ... I knew I had heard/seen that word somewhere before, but I couldn't place. Thanks for remembering us ... it was/is a very good movie... you made me want to see it soon again. Hanna ... yes, they are so very practical those Dutch (-; and your specification of what is going on in a Coffee Shop in Amsterdam is pretty covering ... me thinks. Janet ... I'll remember your offer, thanks. Who knows, what happens? I spend 3 days in Amsterdam ... most of the time in the airport waiting for a seat in a plane to Florida. ... and I saw the Red Area ... quite surprising haha (wonder if Ken know what the Red Area in Amsterdam is?No .. I have no photos from there.) Lou Ann .... it wasn't a special part of Amsterdam. The coffee shops are all over the city. I prefered some more ordinary restaurents ... smile... and if you are comming to Denmark I could show you special places too. Ken ... I knew somehow you would 'understand' the theme in this one... smile ... and being remembered that tatanka means buffalo makes it even more funny/interesting. There are lot's of these shops in Amsterdam and I could have picked so many else to photograph, but I liked the name of this one. Your small 'tatanka pictures' makes me smile. Interesting outfit the fat tatanka man is wearing ... LOL. Didn't I see another tatanka muscle man too? LOl Your comments of my crazy framing made me smile .. it rocks, matches the theme, is riot, is original and loveable. ... It's a mess me thinks. Thanks for the understanding. ..........and now I'm off to grow some mushrooms ..eh, potatoes.. I mean. Link to comment
janet_. 0 Posted April 23, 2005 Ken knows...believe me...he knows.... But that doesn't mean that he wouldn't blush if I would show him around.... :o) !!!! And no tatanka to safe him...I see him running like never before....(sorry Ken) lol Link to comment
