Tones convey the soft mood of the photograph very well.The general darkness of the upper right corner catches the eye and then it immediately moves to the subject's eyes. The flow follows naturally down her right and then left arms to find a perfectly placed glimpse that adds complexity (interest). The one faint geometrical in the top left 'lids' the viewer with its simplicity and helps keep attention elswhere.

If I may, there is one quibble. The light on the subject's chin caught the shadow from her hair and as such gives the chin a distinctly elevated look. I can offer no suggestions, but just can guess that it is a complex issue since it involves at least pose as well as light.

I enjoy the chance to look at you work in detail. I take it as an opportunity for you to teach me.

Great observation.

You are right regarding the chin.

I did notice it (as well as neck) right before I click the shutter but I never lose a good natural pose or situation for the sake of technicality. You understand that of course.

As Ansel Adams has said, a blurry Photograph of a sharp subject is much better than a sharp image of a blurry subject. (Not an exact quotation...since I don't remember it word by word, the meaning was in that effect.)

This would not make it to the magazine but I have saved moment at least.
