I would realy like more photograper info on this. What statment are you trying to portrtay with this shot. Was it taken with permishon, was the camera in clear vew. Or is this captchering a persons imadge without permishon in order to use them as an artisitc statment. Not trying to critisise you, it just realy efects how I would rate a peace like this.

1. I would like to hear from You about the message I receive from this photo and then I could tell You if it was intended...

2. I do not understand your second question...what do you want to know is the legality of this photo or was the emotion conducted?

I would like to know both,the legality and the voice behind the image. there are alot of photographers who capture images of the homeless in order to make a statment. If this is what you did then what is the statment you are trying to portray. If it is a staged imadge then what is beeing portrayed. If the shot was simply a cnadid shot of a poor woman on the stree then I would rate it much diferent then if you had a point to portray, eespecially fore originality. When no info is given on a photo you must take it at face value, and sumtimes that is not the right desishon.

Sorry, I didnt reed your post right you wont what I draw from it. Well it seems to be a candid shot of a homless women deep in contenplashon. But without knowing what you wont me to draw from it, it is simply a pic taken of a homless person to creat art. I personaly do not beleave if you take a shot of a homless perosn such as this, it is not consierd art until there is a mesadge behind it. Many people take shots just like this, but do not have anyting to back them up in the form of the mesedge they wish to portray. If this is the case, then I would give you a 4 on astetics and a 3 or lower on originality. But I am holding off of my ratings until I understand what you wish to portray and what your motivashon was fore the shot. IF you simply walked buy, snaped a shot of a homels person and labeled it as "Fine art" or if there is more behind the pic then meets my eye. I do like the drakening aoround the edges thou.

I will try to show You the way to transcript this picture...We got an image and a title with it. So we should relate to both of them. It's called "emotional exercise"...so first of all we talk about an emotion it it. The word "exercise" reffers to the way I prepeared this image for exhibition....Now lets go further...We are all weearing masks - stand inside the crowd and look around, can You see a lot of pure emotions? - No!..So one additional thing I'm trying to do is to collect pure/true emotions around me to look at it and to show it to people around me...We look different without the mask. Now, the image itself. It seems to me that this female's emotion is so true so it could be eternal and not time-dependent...This is the key to the form I choose to manipulate this image into. By the way, She reads some religious book, and it is not time-dependent thing too. Actualy she's silently praying may be...the pray - acompany the whole human history....I gave You a key to understanding this picture....I don't want to tell you the whole story - because I strongly beleive that every eye looking at the picture brings a little bit of its own philosophy and meaning...
