leorossi 0 Posted April 15, 2005 Sensual. Why not try and cut away a lot of that black at the top? It's not much enough not to be too much. 7/7 Link to comment
markboyer 0 Posted April 16, 2005 I love the idea here but something's not quite right for me. The egg is great, so I think it's the flower: it's just not doing enough to galvinize the shot. Perhaps it could be sharper and perhaps as well a bit more intense in color. Or maybe its size vis a vis the egg isn't right. I don't know. Despite all that carping, the shot is still 6/7 from me. rina 0 Posted April 16, 2005 Thanks Leo, cropping is always a difficult matter. Looks also good with less black on top. Rina Link to comment
rina 0 Posted April 16, 2005 Thanks Marc for your input. I thought of increase sharpening but decided to leave it as it is because of the allover soft looking flower. I increased only slighty the saturation. Regarding the proportions of the subjects I was also irritated but was debauched by the beauty of each subject. So I arranged them. Without any crop it looks indeed a little odd - maybe still for somebody. Therefore I tried a crop. regards Rina Link to comment
