Very evocative classical composition here. I think the photo has much potential, but it's not finished yet. It still has the "digital look," which makes skin look like plastic. I think this composition can hold up to some very dramatic an artistic adjustments in PS, so if I were you I think I'd start with the grain and work on the contrast.
