wakeforce 2 Posted April 8, 2005 I received nice ratings on the first try but no comments. Hello, anyone? Link to comment
michal stachowski 0 Posted April 8, 2005 I did not see the first one, but I think this one is great, I'm sure it would be very good as a b/w piece but that tiny bit of color you decided to leave is great - It really makes the rendering seem more dynamic and far more interesting. Very Well Done !!! Best Regards Link to comment
wakeforce 2 Posted April 8, 2005 Finally, a comment =) Thanks. I did try it only B&W, with different filters, (a mix of red and green looked pretty good), but giving it a touch of colour really made it pop. I even had to desaturate to flower as the red was fully saturated in some parts. Link to comment
worldscapes 0 Posted April 8, 2005 I saw this yesterday. Liked it. Rated it is as such. I understand about feedback though - it is ever so lacking in my images also :-( This is a great capture. I would assume you put the flower there with this particular image in mind for a photograph? Link to comment
emily_rose_bennett 0 Posted April 9, 2005 this is not news/journalism. this is a pretty PS image. although its not news, it's something nurses or teachers can hang up in their offices. pretty Link to comment
wakeforce 2 Posted April 9, 2005 This is news/journalism as I was photographying the students manifestation that was occuring, I did not place the flower there, it dropped off someones's head and they didn't notcie, it was crunched about 30 seconds later as the persons were dancing. Thanks for the comments. Link to comment
