ducksquat 1 Posted April 6, 2005 I took photos of my niece last weekend near Brenham, Texas, which is famed for beautiful annual spring flowers. I want to improve on people shots, particularly children, so your honest critique is appreciated with suggestions! Thanks. Link to comment
klein 0 Posted April 6, 2005 The photo is nice, even if I would have waited for less difficult light conditions. Shadow on child face is too evident respect her white dress and sunny field. Another solution could be a flash fill in on the main subject. Just my opinion. Ciao. Link to comment
Guest Guest Posted April 6, 2005 All around this pretty girl there is the spring but oops!... there's a big blurred flower in the first plan, in the center of your photo. Some centimeters on your right or your left to shoot her would be perfect... Link to comment
Guest Guest Posted April 6, 2005 Beautiful setting. Maybe if she had held the flower lower so that we could see her face and maybe a little more light on her face, those things would have improved the picture for me. Nonetheless it is still a good shot. Link to comment
