Love it. Great contrast range and subject. Composition might be a bit centered; perhaps you could crop some from the left side.

You may have the best composition by centering it, but I would still play around with using the rules of the thirds or Bakker's Saddle to give it more visual dynamics.

So, like some others have said, I think using the rule of 1/3rds would help this photo. I also think moving closer/cropping tighter would bring this photo from a nice family snap shot to a classic portrait of Americana... I have taken the liberty of cropping tighter, hope you don't mind. I do like this photo. Cheers

I would crop slightly, too, Chris - just taking out the bits of branches on the left, along with about 3-4 of the fence boards. Cute photo!
