Testing the Nikon AF extension tubes with Nikon 80-200 AF F2.8 ED

Nice color! Focus is good for an ext tube.

Which one are you using? Head sl out of focus, other wise great shot, nice placement.

Michelle I am using the Kenko AF for Nikon extension tubes. I think the blurry part of the head is the right feeler of the bug.

Nice catchlight, and the composition is good leaving some space on the right for the bug to move into.

How close will the extension tubes allow you to get? Awesone detail and color.

Dennis, you can get up close to about 1 to 1.5 feet. Easy to use an omni-bounce light box on a flash with holder bracket to shot without a tripod.

Normal for that lens is 5-6 ft...not bad. Gonna have to buy some toys!
