john_iwasz 0 Posted March 31, 2005 Your focus and composition are spot on. It lends itself to the square framing. The only bad thing I can say is that the bench in the background is a little distracting, but that's minor. Link to comment
cherlyn 1 Posted April 1, 2005 Wow, her concentration is admiring. A potential top female footballer by the look of the swirling ball & her stance. Link to comment
wilsontsoi 0 Posted April 1, 2005 Howard, aside from the perfect crop, gesture, and timing, I like the fact that there is a little motion blur on her right foot and the ball (around 1/60 sec.?) Why not with your tele-zoom to blur out the background? OTOH, this does have more of a candid, intimate look to it which probably more representative to your "Life in America" theme. ^_^ Link to comment
jayme 0 Posted April 1, 2005 Howard- This is super. I love her body positioning and the slight action blur of the foot and ball. I agree, perfect crop! Link to comment
amélie 0 Posted April 1, 2005 Nice work Howard! You can sense the action with the ball in motion. Link to comment
