This is a combination of photo and a painting. The detailed explanation would be a long story. Bacically it is a photo which includes implants from nature pics with

Photo Retouch pro and Graphic converter programs.

If somebody is interested to know the details, one should have these programs to understand the procedure. Anyhow, thanks for the comments - resemblence to Goya - was flattering in a way;)
