Bold use of color and shape to forge a well-balanced composition and it has the mild pathos of a scene built for people but devoid of them (at the moment). Very, very nice. There is a slight tilt (needs to rotate CW about 1%) and color balance is skewed toward yellow/red but that may have been your intent as it seems to reflect the yellow warmth of a late afternoon sun. nigel_mira 0 Posted March 25, 2005 The precisely formal composition and restrained color treatment works more than acceptably. A slightly higher vantage point (adjusted for camera to subject distance) would separate the sand line better from the fence top. Link to comment

Guest Guest Posted March 25, 2005 I agree with the need for straightening the image - just a minor correction. The form is nice, the composition is nice, but you might want to adjust the color slightly if the tint isn't part of your plan. I've taken the liberty of making those changes so you can see what I mean. Link to comment
