Nitidez, encuadre, textura equilibrio entre brillo y contraste ademೠde una excelente exposici�n. Y no creo que tu trabajo sea una casualidad, se trata de una labor profesional, lograda a trav賠de a�os de ensayo y error, ensayo y error, y que obvimente existe toda una historia de experiencia. ??? Thank you for pointing me here to your page Miguel. This Laiz Kuczynski person needs to be woken up and made to smell the roses, I don't understand people like him that like to rate very good pictures low for No reason and gives no comment like he did to mine too.

I have seen a lot of bird photos on this site and even some of the best fail to impress me because of the sheer number, but this one really stands out as an outstanding piece.

Birds are the least original subject here in photo.net and I don't care for the aesthetics of this photo either. You have submited your photo for ratings and critiques, now take it like a man and stop whining like a baby. Try harder next time.

People who complain about low ratings should get a life and get over it. It's not the end of the bloody world because you get a low rating. People have differnt tastes and differnt opinions. I don't come here to kiss asses and give everyone good ratings, so that I can get them in return. I come here to give constructive ratings and feed back and I expect the same in return.

 

Getting upset about getting low ratings and complaining about it is just plain childish.

 

I think this photos athstetics are ok, but I do agree that it is quite unoriginal (as are all the other bird photos) this isn't really a bad thing, but it's a fact and i'd never give a photo like this a high rating for originality.

Miguel don't you worry about those low ratings. Some of the best bird photographers in the world have portraits just like this in their portfolios, and this isn't close to being one of your best.

 

That said, what is most impressive about this image is the expression that you have captured in the face and eyes of the animal. It's touching, and meaningful and tells me as an artist what moves you as an artist.

 

If that's "old hat" to some then I feel sorry for them for they know not what to look for in such an image.

 

It's like someone overlooking that which makes the masterpiece "Mona Lisa" so famous. They see a simple portrait and "don't get it." The art is lost on them. That's their worry, not yours.

 

Your work is beautiful and your bird photographs are anything but cliche.
