Happy Field

This is my first attempt at a shot like this. I just can't seem to

accomplish the landscape thing yet.

I have places that look like this by me ... something about them that just draws you in and makes you want to go sit and talk with God for a while. Why is that?

Anyway, confessing an affinity for this type of view, I am naturally drawn to it. Some constructive critiques [like I know something that you don't...HAH!] might be to lose some of the extraneous content. For instance, all that blue at the top becomes redundant after the first quarter inch or so...same for the bottom. The fence posts are too obscured to really add to the photo, might be better to clone them out if you're not a purist opposed to that sort of thing. Last opinion ... adding some width to the image, capturing more of whatever it is to the left [assuming it's not something ugly] of the current limit, leaving the tree to the right as you have it would add to the open, expansive feel...a panorama if you will.

At the end of the day ... I still wanna walk out there and sit! :) 5/6
