Iosepa Saloon

This was taken on the way to Iosepa, Utah. The only editing I did on

it was some adjustment of brightness and contrast. Small stuff like

that. What do you think?

hi melissa, i think the subject is great, i think you could consider alternate compositions though. the clouds look like they can add quite a bit of atmosphere should you have included more of it. on the other side of the spectrum, a closer shot showing more of the grain of the wood would also work well.

Thanks so much both of you for taking the time out of your busy schedules to comment. I appreciate your input. I tried to compose this photo differently, but the lighting from the better angles wasn't very good and there were some really trashy things on the other side too. I tried taking pictures from different angles, but this was the best one I had. I do agree that one closer would be nice though, just to get the rich detail of the weathered wood. Thanks again.

I really like this shot! Great work. Have you ever tried using the channel mixer in PS to remove the color and re-compse it in B&W?
