theokeijzers 0 Posted March 19, 2005 A different version of Yvonne. I could not resist to place this again, I like the soft tones here in combination with her overall look. Click larger and tell me what you think please. See http://www.photo.net/photodb/folder?folder_id=465553 Link to comment

pawel_czapiewski1 0 Posted March 20, 2005 Hi Theo. i just met Yvonne,...went through your folders and fell in love with Amanda. Amanda 4 exactly.... what was i going to say....i like this one a lot. Yvonne has an interesting face and this version is an improvement. My wish would be to introduce more detail in the shadows and more definition on the undershirt. Could give it a try if you don't mind. Regards, Link to comment
theokeijzers 0 Posted March 20, 2005 Thanks for the comments. Pawel please give it a try, i like the idea. Regards Theo. Link to comment
pawel_czapiewski1 0 Posted March 20, 2005 Didn't want to stray too far from your version. Think it'd be best to overlay otherwise might be hard to notice the difference. Didn't want to spend too much time on the undershirt either. Just an idea. Regards, Link to comment
theokeijzers 0 Posted March 20, 2005 Thank you pawel, the difference is clearly visable. It looks sharper and there are more details in dark parts as hair and eyes. I like it. In fact, I like every version of this picture. But how did you get this result? Link to comment
pawel_czapiewski1 0 Posted March 21, 2005 There is plenty techniques to address shadows. i tried to introduce more contrast there by editing the K plate. Link to comment
theokeijzers 0 Posted March 22, 2005 Pawel, editing the K plate? My photoshop skills are pretty miserable, and I've never heard of this trick. PGC thank you. Link to comment
pawel_czapiewski1 0 Posted March 23, 2005 Not really a trick. Few people still edit in CMYK which is the most effective in shadows. K stands for black. Link to comment
pnital 36 Posted March 24, 2005 Theo, that series is realy outstending. It is such a nice portrait( with all the others, and Pawel realy enhanced it). But even so it is "talking". Pnina Link to comment
