jerry ting 1 Posted March 19, 2005 thanks for dropping by. Did not anticipate to get 3 consecutive 7's for this but neither for Daniel's 3/4. Paul, the trick is long exposure (about 2 sec) and panning the camera before the shutter close. You might need a tripod and release cable for this. Link to comment
mar_lia_ferraz 0 Posted March 19, 2005 Hi Jerry, i am more than glad to find your amaze work. Your explanation opened new windows for me as did your work. Flowers do talk. I was right:) Best regards, Marilia Link to comment

kslonaker 0 Posted March 20, 2005 Very cool, Jerry! I'll have to try this effect. The color contrast is very good, too. Link to comment
paula grenside 0 Posted March 20, 2005 You captured the wind, Jerry, captured the very motion. You show that the wind has a body. Amazing capture. Link to comment
Guest Guest Posted March 20, 2005 Flowers do talk?? AK was going to explain that one day....ok Jerry but how you get 2 secs cause your dof is shallow... so .... expose seems right on too. Link to comment

basil g 0 Posted March 21, 2005 7/7 Jerry, that's marvellous. Only the large-scale title distracts. Link to comment
cherlyn 1 Posted March 21, 2005 I didn't comment earlier as I was rushing but I have the full intention of coming back to inseert my comment. I really love this shot. Lovely tones of colours & a windswept feel. And no PS, that is fantastic. I have yet to learn "span". Link to comment
j_m_lee_photography 0 Posted March 22, 2005 Jerry, someone ever ask me to define wind. I will show them this photo in future.7/7 Link to comment
sandcruiser 0 Posted March 29, 2005 perfect combo of movement and freeze. Flash? Double exposure? Very pleasing tones as well and the simple two colors present are another plus. Don't like the title as part of the frame-- too much like those cheesy motivational posters. Link to comment
suetye_photography 0 Posted December 21, 2008 Love the colours and the sense of movement. Great shot! Link to comment
