The young man is preparing to eat lunch during a trip to the San

Francisco Exploratorium.

There is, of course, only one correct way to remove the paper cover

from a drinking straw - shoot it off by blowing through the straw. In

this case the cover is being shot directly at me. His parents are

still trying to think of a suitable way to thank me for teaching him,

and his sister, this way to remove straw covers. ;-)
