I Rule the world

This image is of a teenage girl, who is very photogenic in my

opinion. she does have a look which makes her look much mature in

the photos.. I tried to capture that "untouchable" look. Let me know

what you think

It conveys the right mood but can be improved technically: the focus should be set on her eyes not her ear, she wears a black shirt which requires a proper lighting (flash) better ask her next time to wear something lighter.

BTW you have some impressive photos in your portfolio

I want to buy some flash, and as soon as I gather enough I will set up a simple home studio in the basement. Until that I have to do it the "hard way". Fast lens, high iso, and desk lamps.. I would like to make a portfolio for her. I appreciate your critique as it helps me to improve my technique. So far I am happy to experiment with LIGHTS, but dont have enough cash for a pro setup...

I know what you mean my friend I also don't have the cash for a pro setting ;-) But as I'm taking photo classes I have access to these lights but not often and not outside of school.

The shadows and midtones are a little green - the photo could use some post-processing.
