I like your soft broad light on her face, I only see one catch light in her eyes, did you only use one large softbox? Her skin has a nice tone to it, but her dark blouse hides so much of it and makes it bottom heavy for me. I think I would like to see her at a less sharp angle to the camera and show more of her upper chest to balance her fact out. Her pose is less than dramatic which for me keeps me on her face which is probably what you wanted.

thanks for your constructive comment. Yes - in fact I used 2 softboxes, but the second light was a little disturbing for my opinion - in particular it was only in the dark region of the iris of the right eye of her face to be seen.
