AaronFalkenberg 0 Posted March 10, 2005 Good perspective. I wonder if it was possible to move around a bit, bringing the diagonal of the bridge more to the right edge of the frame. Everhting just seems to stop, especially with the thick fog, so abruptly the balance is put off. I hope tha makes sense. I tried cropping some off the right on my screen, but it didn't really help. I love the high tones all the way up through the sky. Link to comment
Guest Guest Posted March 10, 2005 while I respect this representational view in the fog, I could not help but imagine a more abstract and moody view, with cropping and toning. Link to comment
robertbrown 1 Posted March 10, 2005 Aaron, thanks for your comments. I also tried cropping the right some but wasn't pleased with the result. I prefer the other version of this in this portfolio. Pulok, thanks for your comments. Howard, I like your re-working of this image. I have quite a few more of these and will try some other ways to process this. Thanks for your comment. Link to comment
atkphotoworks 0 Posted March 12, 2005 Nice shot Robert. I like how the bridge disappears into the mist. I wouldn't crop anything at all here. Link to comment
kcole 0 Posted October 16, 2006 Ahh the disapearing bridge trick:) Very nice job photographing the bridge, the fog on the ocean seems to prove tricky for most, but what you have here is tastefully done art. Conragts.. Cole Link to comment
