Guest Guest Posted March 10, 2005 Great perspective and capture, it looks like the road to the abyss. Nicely done. Link to comment
salvatore.mele 1 Posted March 10, 2005 I've been looking at it for a while, and I like it!The top being out of the mist attract my eye, and the steep slope makes me fall into the abyss. Now, what is interesting is the presence of the bridge support right where the road vanishes into the fog. It is very reassuring. With it you sort of think it goes somewhere: it strongly mitigates the vertigo I get if I cover it with my hand. Still, you do need a long slope down to trigger this vertigo effect which gets negated (positively) at the end of the run. Therefore, this composition is more effective than the other vertical one! Wish you far less mist in Greece! Link to comment

pawel_czapiewski1 0 Posted March 12, 2005 A nod from this viewer as well. The strongest of the bridge series imho. Regards, Link to comment
atkphotoworks 0 Posted March 12, 2005 Robert, although I like this crop as well, the other version in my opinion is preferable. Link to comment
robertbrown 1 Posted March 15, 2005 Pawal and Amar, thanks for your comments. I'm hoping to try some different approaches to this the next time I hear the fog horns . . . Link to comment
