I would crop just a little off the top of the image. I find the high branches just a little distracting.

I prefer the previous shot as the balance of light and dark seems better in that one. But nice timing again!

Wide & bountiful branches, a natural shelter against the fallng snow. Again, a lonely winter.

Excellent - even though I'm ready for Spring. What I like about this arethe branchs in the very front - they are the important element that makes it all work. The figure walking and the lamp post are perfect as are the trees in the very distance.

I fact, I thing EVERY thing in this shot has a purpose , even the background NEXT to the lamp post on the right fills what could be empty space.

The more like look at this the more I see.

My eyes hit the figure and then move up the trees on the lest, go over the top and then that branch sends the eyes down to the lamp post and I'm connected again to the figure.

If you were in Quebec city that morning, you would had find a wonderful time. The temmperature was not very cold, little wind, big snow flake and the snow was sometimes falling with the suns shining!
