Much better, imo. This is a nice "memory" image that this little girl will treasure later on. The other one was a bit out there.

This is a more conventional shot and as Kim says would make a nice memory for the little girl. I prefer your altered version for its quirkiness and emphasising the intensity of the girl's absorbtion in what is going on.

This photo is much better. In this image the soft focus and grain adds to the composition.
