My wife took this image while kaykaing in the copper river delta in

Alaska. She asked me to post it here for a critique

Very nicely done! I only took disposable cameras with me on kayaks in the ocean.

Case in point, I see this photo has received a rating of 1 and 1 with no explantation of the rating. I think a written critique would be in order. I like the photo, the eagle looks ready to take off, the composition is good. The only thing is the wing is cropped to tight in the left corner, or maybe it was a quick shot with not much time. 5/5

If that wing hadn't been cropped, this would be spectacular. I still like it, as it is, and wouldn't begin to consider a 1/1!

Tell your wife it's a gorgeous shot. I love the wings out like that. Very pretty!
