Simply Red!

Used a diffuser on my flash as low light conditions today. I liked

the red contrasting with the background and the detail on the

feathers.

Michael Lagman, if you'd care to elaborate on your average rating, I'd appreciate it. I don't care what ratings I get, but it sure helps to have comments to give you a clue what to do better next time.

Cool Kim. It really looks like it's a cloudy day. And the crisp quality is superb. I feel the D100 is much more superior then the D70 giving more accurate details for color and sharpness.

Definitely cloudy and rainy, Alec. I've had some success using a diffuser on the flash for bird pictures on low lighting days.

Nice mood from the diffuser; perfect place for the seeds.

I gave the picture an PS auto contrast just to see. It changed the mood of the day and raised the reds for sure. Still, it too was a darn good photo.

Gorgeous shot (again). The red in the frame is a nice touch.
