I like this. He has a great look on his face. The tatoos really add to this. Nice B&W! I might take out the catch light in his eyes....his eyes are so important here and the lights seem to distract. Just my opinion...nice work.

The only thing I don't like is the glassy-ness of his left eye. The window or light-box highlight in his right eye looks good, maybe because if falls on the colored iris of the eye. But it falls on the white of his left eye and his eye looks distorted. It's a distraction to me.
