jerry ting 1 Posted March 3, 2005 Lissa, my hat off for you! This is such an elegant piece of art work. The lighting, color, atmosphere and subject are all masterly done. A candidate for POW IMHO. Link to comment

raddatzphoto 0 Posted March 3, 2005 Perfect match. Lighting differences aside, it works and lures me in. Love the dress. Beautiful. Link to comment
kslonaker 0 Posted March 4, 2005 Very interesting and appealing. I almost think I would prefer it without the butterfly, though. It seems a little out of place, but probably makes sense with your title. Link to comment
johnz 0 Posted March 4, 2005 Lissa: Your photos and treatment techniques are utterly fantastic. Leaves one speechless, keep up the great work. This shot deserves a 7/7 in my book as well as a 7/7 on your others. Link to comment
sionnac 0 Posted March 4, 2005 Wonderful work. I agree the butterfly is a bit distracting. Love the tones of the trees. Link to comment
wogears 186 Posted March 4, 2005 Everything is LUSCIOUS except for the butterfly. She (the bug) is just too realistic for the mood of the rest of the picture. Great model, perfect pose, wonderful treatment of the trees. But the blasted Schmetterling... Link to comment

Guest Guest Posted March 4, 2005 Fantastic image, Lisa! I especially enjoy the post-process work, but I must say that without a solid base it wouldn't be this good.... Link to comment

andre_mcnichols 0 Posted March 5, 2005 I guess if/when it becomes pow the elves will have a question about the buterfly... Sometimes there's a story behind an image. In this case, there are probably as many stories as there are viewers. Thanks for sharing it with us! Link to comment
Guest Guest Posted March 5, 2005 Personnaly i feel the "brown" should be lighter, but I also think it is an excellent image, Theres something of a "dream atmosphere" that you achieved wonderfuly. A great work indeed! The first thing that came to mind when I saw it was Lord Byron. Congratulations. Link to comment
