St. Louis River after snowmelt

This photo was taken from the same spot as "Sunrise, St. Louis

River," but in March a week after snowmelt rather than August. I'd

welcome any comments or critiques. Thank you.

Spectacular Minnesota portfolio, naturally more of a challenge than Wyoming. I've been in some of the same areas myself, but in dull weather. In spite of the attractive natural coloration due to the sun, I was wondering how this would look in B&W, given that the turbid water can look like Coca Cola. I suppose it might meld too much due to the dark hues, but it might be interesting. Anyway, you've shot some of the best river landscapes I've seen.
