Gaetan, I look long and hard at this image. Maybe I'm not good at rating photos or maybe I'm easy to please but I do not see any reason to think of it as less than 7. There is Good exposure, good colors and a great composition here. I do think though that the flag is distracting, but you didn't put it there also a bit of a tight crop on the left.

I will be very perceptive to any negative critiques of this photo.

Regards.

O, Canada! It looks like Canada should look; cold yet classy. It looks compressed somewhat. Did you use a 200mm, 300mm?

Lovely colours against a snowy grey sky. You captured it well. It's nice to see the actual snowflakes against the building as well.

I wanna rate this high Gaetan, think its where my income tax refund cheque comes from. They spare no expense on the government buildings in Quebec and Ottawa. Very classic. Copper roof. Reminds me of the Banff springs hotel or hotel Vancouver. Excellent shot and ya got the ol flag just right too :)))

Wonderful image dear gaetan,

Everything is ok in this picture.

I think is really rappresentative of Canada at least for a foreigner like me.

Thanks for sharing. fabio
