This is a remarkable shot! You have captured the subject and her thoughts. There is emotion here.

 

The lighting is wonderful, good depth and tone. The nipple hidden under the arm, the unkempt hair and the "stare" gives this a feeling of a naturual pose.

 

The acid test for me when rating a photo is "would I put this on my wall". I most certainly would. Damned fine work Simon, I will now look at your portfolio...

 

I hope you do this for a living - you have a great portfolio

I agree that there's a strong emotional feel to this. The face is so powerful that this might be better as a more close-up head shot than as a nude.

I've on purpose stayed away from Photo.net for a while, and when I come back I'm met by this! I can ONLY agree with what have been said above! This is truly a piece art to me. The model deserves her fair share of praise as wel! :-))
